He works as a psychologist in private practice with a focus on burnout syndrome. He started working on it more than ten years ago after going through burnout himself. He also focused on this topic in his bachelor and master thesis and today he lectures on it and organises workshops on prevention. For three years he worked as a psychologist at the Narnia Primary School in Bratislava, and from 1994 to 2006 he worked as a project coordinator for several NGOs. He is one of the psychologists at the portal Vyhorenie.sk.
